Graham Prots is NDIStress’s Debt Recovery Specialist, bringing more than 10 years of experience in debt recovery, collections, and financial dispute resolution across both the banking and commercial sectors, including with the Commonwealth Bank. Holding a degree in Economics and, as he likes to say, a Master’s Degree from the “School of Hard Knocks,” Graham combines technical expertise with practical, real-world solutions.

As the father of a child with disability, Graham is passionate about supporting the disability sector and helping providers remain financially sustainable. He understands that unpaid invoices can create significant stress for business owners and impact their ability to continue delivering quality supports.

Graham has developed specialist expertise in recovering outstanding NDIS debts, including disputes involving Plan Managers, self-managed participants, and NDIA payment issues. Known for his straightforward and honest approach, he quickly identifies whether an invoice is likely to be recoverable and provides practical guidance on the best path forward.

Working closely with NDIStress’s Finance Specialist and Legal Support Officer, Graham helps providers recover outstanding funds, strengthen invoicing practices, and improve cash flow. His focus is simple: helping providers get paid for the services they have legitimately delivered while ensuring their practices remain aligned with NDIS requirements.

Known as a straight-shooter who tells it as it is, Graham provides clarity, realistic expectations, and practical solutions when providers need them most.
