Dr Mark Hunn is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of NDIStress, an advisory organisation dedicated to helping NDIS providers reduce stress, strengthen compliance, and build sustainable, profitable businesses.

With more than 23 years of experience across the disability, corporate, government, and not-for-profit sectors, Mark has built a reputation for helping organisations navigate complexity with confidence. He holds Bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Law, a Master of Laws, and a Doctorate in Corporate Leadership within the NDIS sector.

Throughout his career, Mark has led large teams, overseen governance and compliance systems, managed organisational growth, and supported providers through some of the most challenging aspects of operating in the NDIS environment. Having personally experienced the pressures, uncertainty, and responsibility that come with running an NDIS organisation, he understands firsthand the challenges providers face every day.
