Matthew Moy is NDIStress’s Government Compliance Specialist, bringing extensive experience across the community services sector and government compliance environments. Holding a degree in Business Administration, Matthew has built a career helping organisations understand, implement, and maintain effective compliance systems that support both operational excellence and regulatory confidence.

Having worked across a number of large community service organisations, Matthew has developed a strong understanding of the practical challenges providers face when navigating an increasingly complex and evolving regulatory landscape. His experience spans governance, compliance frameworks, quality systems, policy implementation, risk management, and organisational accountability.

Prior to joining NDIStress, Matthew worked within a government compliance environment, providing him with valuable insight into how compliance obligations are identified, interpreted, monitored, and enforced in practice. This experience allows him to help providers understand not only what the requirements are, but also how regulators assess compliance and where organisations commonly encounter difficulties.

Matthew has a particular passion for systems, process improvement, and regulatory change. He is known for his ability to analyse complex legislation, policy updates, and NDIS reforms and translate them into practical guidance that providers can easily understand and implement. He genuinely enjoys staying across emerging developments within the NDIS and helping providers understand what changes mean for their businesses before they become operational issues.

As NDIStress’s Government Compliance Specialist, Matthew supports providers to strengthen governance systems, improve compliance practices, prepare for audits, respond to regulatory changes, and reduce organisational risk. His focus is on helping providers build practical, sustainable compliance frameworks that support quality service delivery without creating unnecessary administrative burden.
