Rebecca is an experienced mentor, coach, and community services professional with more than 24 years of experience supporting individuals, organisations, and leaders across the disability and community sectors. As the Founder of Ethical Pathways and Holistic Coordination, Rebecca has built a reputation for helping people navigate complexity with confidence, clarity, and integrity.
With a background in Social Work and extensive experience across a wide range of service environments, Rebecca brings a unique combination of strategic insight, practical knowledge, and real-world experience to her role as Specialist Provider Mentor with NDIStress.
Throughout her career, she has developed a deep understanding of the operational, ethical, and leadership challenges faced by NDIS providers, enabling her to support business owners in making informed decisions and building sustainable, values-driven organisations.
Rebecca’s experience within the NDIS is particularly broad. She has worked within the scheme from multiple perspectives, including contributing to the development of NDIS plans, supporting participants directly, delivering Support Coordination and Psychosocial Recovery Coaching services, and navigating the NDIS alongside family members and participants. This comprehensive understanding provides her with valuable insight into how providers, participants, families, and the broader system interact, allowing her to help business owners better understand the practical implications of their decisions.
